How To Make Chicken Drumsticks At Home?





Chicken Drumsticks Recipe



INGREDIENTS

500 grams of Chicken Drumsticks 
2 Eggs 
1 tsp. of Red Chilli Powder (Pisi Lal Mirch) (or to taste) 
Salt (to taste) 
1 tsp. of Black Pepper (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (grounded
Breadcrumbs (enough to dip the chicken drumsticks) 
Cooking Oil (for deep frying)

METHOD

In a large bowl combine the following ingredients: eggs, red chilli powder, salt and black peppers. Mix well, then add the chicken drumsticks to these ingredients. Mix well and marinate in refrigerator for about 1 hour. 

Then remove the drumsticks from the refrigerator and dip the drumsticks in the breadcrumbs one at a time

In a karhai or deep frying pan, put oil and heat oil on medium heat until well hot. When oil is well hot deep fry chicken drumsticks until well done. Lay drumsticks on a paper towel to absorb any extra oil.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place drumsticks in a baking dish.
  2. Whisk water, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, butter, salt, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and chili powder together in a bowl; pour mixture over drumsticks. Cover with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 1 hour, turning chicken about halfway through. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
